For I also am an Israelite of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
Galatians 3 6 Sicut scriptum est : Abraham credidit Deo, et reputatum est illi ad justitiam : As it is written: Abraham believed God: and it was reputed to him unto justice. None
Therefore, they that are of faith shall be blessed with faithful Abraham. None
For it is written that Abraham had two sons: the one by a bondwoman and the other by a free woman. None
To whom also Abraham divided the tithes of all: who first indeed by interpretation is king of justice: and then also king of Salem, that is, king of peace: ᾧ καὶ δεκάτην ἀπὸ πάντων ἐμέρισεν Ἀβραάμ- πρῶτον μὲν ἑρμηνευόμενος βασιλεὺς δικαιοσύνης, ἔπειτα δὲ καὶ βασιλεὺς Σαλήμ, ὅ ἐστιν βασιλεὺς εἰρήνης·"
Now consider how great this man is, to whom also Abraham the patriarch gave tithes out of the principal things.
But he, whose pedigree is not numbered among them, received tithes of Abraham and blessed him that had the promises.
And (as it may be said) even Levi who received tithes paid tithes in Abraham: Καί, ὡς ἔπος εἰπεῖν, διὰ Ἀβραὰμ καὶ Λευῒ ὁ δεκάτας λαμβάνων δεδεκάτωται·"
Hebrews 11 8 Fide qui vocatur Abraham obedivit in locum exire, quem accepturus erat in haereditatem : et exiit, nesciens quo iret. By faith he that is called Abraham obeyed to go out into a place which he was to receive for an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing whither he went.
Hebrews 11 17 Fide obtulit Abraham Isaac, cum tentaretur, et unigenitum offerebat, qui susceperat repromissiones : By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, ¶Πίστει προσενήνοχεν Ἀβραὰμ τὸν Ἰσαὰκ πειραζόμενος, καὶ τὸν μονογενῆ προσέφερεν ὁ τὰς ἐπαγγελίας ἀναδεξάμενος,"
James 2 21 Abraham pater noster nonne ex operibus justificatus est, offerens Isaac filium suum super altare ? Was not Abraham our father justified by works, offering up Isaac his son upon the altar?
And the scripture was fulfilled, saying: Abraham believed God, and it was reputed to him to justice, and he was called the friend of God.
