Mark 14 5 poterat enim unguentum istud venundari plus quam trecentis denariis, et dari pauperibus. Et fremebant in eam. For this ointment might have been sold for more than three hundred pence and given to the poor. And they murmured against her. Ἠδύνατο γὰρ τοῦτο πραθῆναι ἐπάνω τριακοσίων δηναρίων, καὶ δοθῆναι τοῖς πτωχοῖς. Καὶ ἐνεβριμῶντο αὐτῇ."
Luke 1 22 Egressus autem non poterat loqui ad illos, et cognoverunt quod visionem vidisset in templo. Et ipse erat innuens illis, et permansit mutus. And when he came out, he could not speak to them: and they understood that he had seen a vision in the temple. And he made signs to them and remained dumb. And behold there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years. Luke 19 3 et quaerebat videre Jesum, quis esset : et non poterat prae turba, quia statura pusillus erat. Apocalypse 14 3 Et cantabant quasi canticum novum ante sedem, et ante quatuor animalia, et seniores : et nemo poterat dicere canticum, nisi illa centum quadraginta quatuor millia, qui empti sunt de terra. And they sung as it were a new canticle, before the throne and before the four living creatures and the ancients: and no man could say the canticle, but those hundred forty-four thousand who were purchased from the earth. Apocalypse 15 8 Et impletum est templum fumo a majestate Dei, et de virtute ejus : et nemo poterat introire in templum, donec consummarentur septem plagae septem angelorum. And the temple was filled with smoke from the majesty of God and from his power. And no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
