And rising up, the same hour, they went back to Jerusalem: and they found the eleven gathered together, and those that were with them, Καὶ ἀναστάντες αὐτῇ τῇ ὥρᾳ ὑπέστρεψαν εἰς Ἱερουσαλήμ, καὶ εὗρον συνηθροισμένους τοὺς ἕνδεκα καὶ τοὺς σὺν αὐτοῖς,"
He saith to them: Come and see. They came and saw where he abode: and they stayed with him that day. Now it was about the tenth hour.
John 2 4 Et dicit ei Jesus : Quid mihi et tibi est, mulier ? nondum venit hora mea. And Jesus saith to her: Woman, what is that to me and to thee? My hour is not yet come.
John 4 6 Erat autem ibi fons Jacob. Jesus ergo fatigatus ex itinere, sedebat sic supra fontem. Hora erat quasi sexta. Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well. It was about the sixth hour.
Jesus saith to her: Woman, believe me that the hour cometh, when you shall neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, adore the Father.
But the hour cometh and now is, when the true adorers shall adore the Father in spirit and in truth. For the Father also seeketh such to adore him.
John 4 52 Interrogabat ergo horam ab eis in qua melius habuerit. He asked therefore of them the hour wherein he grew better. And they said to him: Yesterday at the seventh hour, the fever left him.
John 4 52 Interrogabat ergo horam ab eis in qua melius habuerit. He asked therefore of them the hour wherein he grew better. And they said to him: Yesterday at the seventh hour, the fever left him.
John 4 53 Cognovit ergo pater, quia illa hora erat in qua dixit ei Jesus : Filius tuus vivit ; et credidit ipse et domus ejus tota. The father therefore knew that it was at the same hour that Jesus said to him: Thy son liveth. And himself believed, and his whole house.
Amen, amen, I say unto you, that the hour cometh, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
John 5 28 Nolite mirari hoc, quia venit hora in qua omnes qui in monumentis sunt audient vocem Filii Dei : Wonder not at this: for the hour cometh wherein all that are in the graves shall hear the voice of the Son of God.
He was a burning and a shining light: and you were willing for a time to rejoice in his light.
John 7 30 Quaerebant ergo eum apprehendere : et nemo misit in illum manus, quia nondum venerat hora ejus. They sought therefore to apprehend him: and no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.
John 8 20 Haec verba locutus est Jesus in gazophylacio, docens in templo : et nemo apprehendit eum, quia necdum venerat hora ejus. These words Jesus spoke in the treasury, teaching in the temple: and no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.
John 11 9 Respondit Jesus : Nonne duodecim sunt horae diei ? Si quis ambulaverit in die, non offendit, quia lucem hujus mundi videt : Jesus answered: Are there not twelve hours of the day? If a man walk in the day he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world:
But Jesus answered them, saying: The hour is come that the Son of man should be glorified.
John 12 27 Nunc anima mea turbata est. Et quid dicam ? Pater, salvifica me ex hac hora. Sed propterea veni in horam hanc : Now is my soul troubled. And what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour. But for this cause I came unto this hour.
John 12 27 Nunc anima mea turbata est. Et quid dicam ? Pater, salvifica me ex hac hora. Sed propterea veni in horam hanc : Now is my soul troubled. And what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour. But for this cause I came unto this hour.
Before the festival day of the pasch, Jesus knowing that his hour was come, that he should pass out of this world to the Father: having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
They will put you out of the synagogues: yea, the hour cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doth a service to God.
John 16 4 Sed haec locutus sum vobis, ut cum venerit hora eorum, reminiscamini quia ego dixi vobis. But these things I have told you, that when the hour shall come, you may remember that I told you of them.
A woman, when she is in labour, hath sorrow, because her hour is come; but when she hath brought forth the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
John 16 25 Haec in proverbiis locutus sum vobis. Venit hora cum jam non in proverbiis loquar vobis, sed palam de Patre annuntiabo vobis : These things I have spoken to you in proverbs. The hour cometh when I will no longer speak to you in proverbs, but will shew you plainly of the Father.
Behold, the hour cometh, and it is now come, that you shall be scattered every man to his own and shall leave me alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
John 17 1 Haec locutus est Jesus : et sublevatis oculis in caelum, dixit : Pater, venit hora : clarifica Filium tuum, ut Filius tuus clarificet te : These things Jesus spoke: and lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said: the hour is come. Glorify thy Son, that thy Son may glorify thee.
John 19 14 Erat autem parasceve Paschae, hora quasi sexta, et dicit Judaeis : Ecce rex vester. And it was the parasceve of the pasch, about the sixth hour: and he saith to the Jews: Behold your king.
John 19 27 Deinde dicit discipulo : Ecce mater tua. After that, he saith to the disciple: Behold thy mother. And from that hour, the disciple took her to his own.
For these are not drunk, as you suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day: Οὐ γάρ, ὡς ὑμεῖς ὑπολαμβάνετε, οὗτοι μεθύουσιν· ἔστιν γὰρ ὥρα τρίτη τῆς ἡμέρας·"
Now Peter and John went up into the temple at the ninth hour of prayer.
And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what had happened, came in.
Acts 10 3 Is vidit in visu manifeste, quasi hora diei nona, angelum Dei introeuntem ad se, et dicentem sibi : Corneli. This man saw in a vision manifestly, about the ninth hour of the day, an angel of God coming in unto him and saying to him: Cornelius.
And on the next day, whilst they were going on their journey and drawing nigh to the city, Peter went up to the higher parts of the house to pray, about the sixth hour.
Acts 10 30 Et Cornelius ait : A nudiusquarta die usque ad hanc horam, orans eram hora nona in domo mea, et ecce vir stetit ante me in veste candida, et ait : And Cornelius said: Four days ago, unto this hour, I was praying in my house, at the ninth hour and behold a man stood before me in white apparel and said: Καὶ ὁ Κορνήλιος ἔφη, Ἀπὸ τετάρτης ἡμέρας μέχρι ταύτης τῆς ὥρας ἤμην νηστεύων, καὶ τὴν ἐνάτην ὥραν προσευχόμενος ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ μου· καὶ ἰδού, ἀνὴρ ἔστη ἐνώπιόν μου ἐν ἐσθῆτι λαμπρᾷ,"
And this she did many days. But Paul being grieved, turned and said to the spirit: I command thee, in the name of Jesus Christ, to go from her. And he went out the same hour.
And he, taking them the same hour of the night, washed their stripes: and himself was baptized, and all his house immediately.
But as soon as they perceived him to be a Jew, all with one voice, for the space of about two, hours, cried out: Great is Diana of the Ephesians!
Acts 22 13 veniens ad me et astans, dixit mihi : Saule frater, respice. Et ego eadem hora respexi in eum. Coming to me and standing by me, said to me: Brother Saul, look up. And I, the same hour, looked upon him.

1_Corinthians 4 11 Usque in hanc horam et esurimus, et sitimus, et nudi sumus, et colaphis caedimur, et instabiles sumus, Even unto this hour we both hunger and thirst and are naked and are buffeted and have no fixed abode.
1_Corinthians 15 30 ut quid et nos periclitamur omni hora ? Why also are we in danger every hour? Τί καὶ ἡμεῖς κινδυνεύομεν πᾶσαν ὥραν;
2_Corinthians 7 8 Quoniam etsi contristavi vos in epistola, non me poenitet : etsi poeniteret, videns quod epistola illa (etsi ad horam) vos contristavit, For although I made you sorrowful by my epistle, I do not repent. And if I did repent, seeing that the same epistle (although but for a time) did make you sorrowful, Ὅτι εἰ καὶ ἐλύπησα ὑμᾶς ἐν τῇ ἐπιστολῇ, οὐ μεταμέλομαι, εἰ καὶ μετεμελόμην· βλέπω γὰρ ὅτι ἡ ἐπιστολὴ ἐκείνη, εἰ καὶ πρὸς ὥραν, ἐλύπησεν ὑμᾶς."
1_Thessalonians 2 17 Nos autem fratres desolati a vobis ad tempus horae, aspectu, non corde, abundantius festinavimus faciem vestram videre cum multo desiderio : But we, brethren, being taken away from you for a short time, in sight, not in heart, have hastened the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.
Philemon 1 15 Forsitan enim ideo discessit ad horam a te, ut aeternum illum reciperes : For perhaps he therefore departed for a season from thee that thou mightest receive him again for ever:
Little children, it is the last hour: and as you have heard that Antichrist cometh, even now there are become many Antichrists: whereby we know that it is the last hour.
Have in mind therefore in what manner thou hast received and heard: and observe and do penance: If then thou shalt not watch, I will come to thee as a thief: and thou shalt not know at what hour I will come to thee.
Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I will also keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon the whole world to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Saying with a loud voice: Fear the Lord and give him honour, because the hour of his judgment is come. And adore ye him that made heaven and earth, the sea and the fountains of waters.

For the harvest of the earth is ripe.
