Leviticus 6 10 Vestietur tunica sacerdos et feminalibus lineis : tolletque cineres, quos vorans ignis exussit, et ponens juxta altare, The priest shall be vested with the tunick and the linen breeches; and he shall take up the ashes of that which the devouring fire hath burnt: and putting them beside the altar, Καὶ ἐνδύσεται ὁ ἱερεὺς χιτῶνα λινοῦν, καὶ περισκελὲς λινοῦν ἐνδύσεται περὶ τὸ σῶμα αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀφελεῖ τὴν κατακάρπωσιν, ἣν ἂν καταναλώσῃ τὸ πῦρ, τὴν ὁλοκαύτωσιν ἀπὸ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου· καὶ παραθήσει αὐτὸ ἐχόμενον τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου.
Leviticus 16 4 Tunica linea vestietur, feminalibus lineis verenda celabit : accingetur zona linea, cidarim lineam imponet capiti : haec enim vestimenta sunt sancta : quibus cunctis, cum lotus fuerit, induetur. He shall be vested with a linen tunick: he shall cover his nakedness with linen breeches: he shall be girded with a linen girdle, and he shall put a linen mitre upon his head. For these are holy vestments: all which he shall put on, after he is washed.
