Isaias 31 8

Et cadet Assur in gladio non viri, et gladius non hominis vorabit eum : et fugiet non a facie gladii, et juvenes ejus vectigales erunt.

And the Assyrian shall fall by the sword not of a man, and the sword not of a man shall devour him, and he shall flee not at the face of the sword, and his young men shall be tributaries.

Καὶ πεσεῖται Ασσούρ· οὐ μάχαιρα ἀνδρὸς, οὐδὲ μάχαιρα ἀνθρώπου καταφάγεται αὐτὸν, καὶ φεύξεται οὐκ ἀπὸ προσώπου μαχαίρας· οἱ δὲ νεανίσκοι ἔσονται εἰς ἥττημα,

Jam quidem omnino delictum est in vobis, quod judicia habetis inter vos. Quare non magis injuriam accipitis ? quare non magis fraudem patimini ?

Already indeed there is plainly a fault among you, that you have law suits one with another. Why do you not rather take wrong? Why do you not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?

Ἤδη μὲν οὖν ὅλως ἥττημα ὑμῖν ἐστιν, ὅτι κρίματα ἔχετε μεθ’ ἑαυτῶν. Διὰ τί οὐχὶ μᾶλλον ἀδικεῖσθε; Διὰ τί οὐχὶ μᾶλλον ἀποστερεῖσθε;"
