Hoc primum scientes, quod venient in novissimis diebus in deceptione illusores, juxta proprias concupiscentias ambulantes,

Knowing this first: That in the last days there shall come deceitful scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

τοῦτο πρῶτον γινώσκοντες, ὅτι ἐλεύσονται ἐπ’ ἐσχάτου τῶν ἡμερῶν ἐμπαῖκται, κατὰ τὰς ἰδίας ἐπιθυμίας αὐτῶν πορευόμενοι,"

Who told you that in the last time there should come mockers, walking according to their own desires in ungodlinesses.
