Chap Ver Latin English Greek
The words of the double tongued are as if they were harmless: and they reach even to the inner parts of the bowels. Fear casteth down the slothful: and the souls of the effeminate shall be hungry.
Proverbs 21 25 Desideria occidunt pigrum : noluerunt enim quidquam manus ejus operari. Desires kill the slothful: for his hands have refused to work at all.
Philippians 3 1 De cetero, fratres mei, gaudete in Domino. As to the rest, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not wearisome, but to you is necessary.
